Since 2013, CARVE has evolved from a precision tooling manufacturer to a global partner in low-volume, high-consistency vehicle body and structural systems.
We are not defined by where we are, but by how we think — and how we build.
Founded in 2013, CARVE began as a manufacturer specializing in tooling, metal body components, and complex part development.
With our own in-house factory, advanced production equipment, and certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and TÜV, we built a reputation for quality, consistency, and engineering depth.
Over the years, we moved beyond individual parts — rethinking how complete vehicle structures could be designed, validated, and built. In 2024, we entered a new phase of innovation: combining robotics, aerospace-grade materials, and AI-enhanced workflows to lead the next era of high-precision, low-volume manufacturing.
Defined by system logic, not marketing.
Across batches, assemblies, and time.
For the vehicle, the craft, and the culture behind it.
We don’t build parts in isolation. Every component we make is shaped by how it affects the structure, the assembly, and the vehicle as a whole.
That’s why we prioritize fitment logic over visual symmetry, and functional precision over theoretical minimums.
It’s not about chasing perfection in a vacuum — it’s about creating compatibility in reality.
A British bonnet, a German subframe, a Japanese brake caliper — each reflects a different language of engineering, history, and expectation.
We don’t just recognize these differences — we respect them.
Our international perspective, rooted in Hong Kong and shaped by global partnerships, allows us to listen across markets, interpret across standards, and manufacture with context.
